Hello People, I'm having thought in mind to have badminton one stop center business plan here in KL, Malaysia. Just so you know i'm doing this for my Master project study. By thinking out loud, i have zero knowledge on how to setup business (rofl..:crying . All i know is to have business plan comprises of like financial planning, budgeting, financial statement etc. Frankly speaking i have no idea at all (i'm kinda noob). Does we need to rent the existing building, per court value, management/maintenance fee, feasibilty, which kind/type of loan to apply...the list go on....
