Hey, I was wondering if anyone here sweats so excessively that they leave white streaks of salt(?) on their tshirts. I've been noticing that lately after i play, and it's kind of disgusting... Is something wrong with me? :(

That's perfectly normal..it happens to everyone that I know; including myself. Yeah, it may be unattractive, but hey :p

You can wear white color clothes so it won't be obvious :)

Oh yes! That's the worst ever. Didn't think something your own body produces can irritate you so much. I also hate when sweat on your hands dry and it makes your hands all sticky and icky feeling (I'm very self conscious about keeping clean hands)!

I also hate it when the sweat gets on my spectacles and then obscures my vison!

Also when that happens, you cant find a towel to wipe it off properly, as your towel is wet with more sweat, so when you rub it, it makes your glasses cloudy!!!

sweating is good for ur body

like sauna and stuff. feels good:D
but make sure wear comfortable clothing. Some nice polos soaks up lots of sweat, and the skin stays dry.
salt will always be present in sweat, if u got enough use them on ur dinner. :p (totally gross)

dont use anti-sweat spray. it just stops the skin to clog up, the sweat will be released elsewhere just the same. deordourant is a must though.
