Too old and slow to play with those guys anymore and definitely
too far to go watch!! But good luck to everyone, especially the
    Ottawa crew.

BTW, the draws are up on the Badminton Canada and Badminton
    Alberta websites.

Whats the website for the draw?

I also ask any BFers Competing? We can give some telepathic support to you!

    Results for first four events:

Stefan over Beres (congrats Stef on your first national title, too bad it wasn't
in doubles while bringing me along for the ride!) :)
    Rice over Patrick
    Milroy/Chan over Laforest/Prevoe
    Julien/Cloutier overFelx/Loker

    Mixed to come.

    No,

I'm sure he got tired of smashing his arm off playing with me,
so he hasn't played any doubles in tournaments for the last
couple of years after I "quit".

I think it's good that our "singles" players are focusing on that
    and nothing else.

Sorry cooler I half misunderstood your question.
What I meant was him winning a national title in previous
years and bringing me along for the ride. Not this year.

Congrats to all the competitors at the Canadian Nationals.
Especially to those who came across the country to compete, and also to the winners of the events.

Even though I didn't get to see all the matches :p

I do want to say that it's great to see that the level of play is indeed going up... a tribute to those who are helping Canada develop our youths, and young peoples.
    Great job!!!

Hmm, seems like some of the young, "up-n-coming" players performed well!
Great job to all participants and especially any from BF!

Too bad I could not go and watch it as it was held so close (in Calgary).
