I was wondering the same thing when I saw them play against Korea. I don't recognise the shoes from current Yonex models, but it does look to have a Yonex logo on it. :S
Funny you should post this, I also was curious what these shoes were so I asked as well. http://www.badmintoncentral.com/forums/showthread.php/151596-Japanese-yonex-shoes We came to the conclusion that it is a japanese edition of the SHB SC6i. This was once worn by Lin Dan and currently by many of the male Japanese players. Its a real shame we can't buy these because they look great IMO.
Looks like there are several models that the pros use in that yellow colour. These look like they could indeed be SC6i. These (Hashimoto/Hirata in All Japan 2014) do not, though I can't tell what model they are at a glance. Without a better image it's hard to tell if the ones used by Hashimoto/Hirata in Sudirman cup are the same or yet another model in yellow, but they look similar (certainly more so than to SC6i)
LINDAN is SHBSC6i Custom Made. Hashimoto and Hirata were using SHB 65FT Custom. At the glance at sudirman cup, they are using SHB66FT Custom made.
