    Default 8100 lt String tension.

My 8100 lt recommends on the handle tension between 16-18lbs but was wondering if I could ask of your opinion as to what would be the maximum amount I could string it at without over stringing the racquet to the point that it will break? Would it be safe to string it between 20-21lbs with BG65?

I've never heard of this particular racket, but generally the manufacturer's recommendations are very conservative. I would be surprised if any modern rackets broke at 21lbs of tension (especially with BG65, since it will slacken off quickly).

Despite it being a low end racket, if any racket cant be strung safley at 20-21LBs, then it isnt worth playing with.

so in answer to your question Yes, dont worry. Most rackets can accept atleast 25lbs before troubles start, IMO.

Even all metal rackets should be able to withstand 20lb. I think 20-21 is a very safe range. It only breaks if:

    1. Very bad string skill

    2. Manuacture defect (new)

    3. racket in really bad condition, i.e. tons of paint chips, suffer heavy clashes before, etc.

Well i've had this Racquet b4, Its the CAB8100 light back around 1-2 years ago, but then i Broke. The Frame Poped on me during a full power Clear... this Racquet is SUPERLIGHT, or its jus Superhead light, so that would explain why I had to use full Power to make end to end court clears.

but i really wonder that if mine was defected, cause having the Frame around the 3 o'clock area Blow up on a clear is kinda Odd, .....don't u guys think so?And no i hitted the sweetspot not the frame
