    Hi,

I am quite an active person and I do a lot of different sports. My main sport is agility with my dogs. As you can guess this involves a lot of stop and starting and twisting.
I have weak ligaments which I am aware of and always strap my ankles up so they don't give way. The past month or two I have started to notice my right knee getting weaker. I can't squat on just that leg, because it feels like it will give way. Now in the past week I have started to get a slight pain on the left side of the knee cap. It started when I was running and did a sharp turn, but now its hurting all day. I wouldn't say its a strong pain, I just know its there.
Can anyone help me out, and give me an idea what this is? I also don't have time to rest, because I'm representing GB in 5 weeks time, so in the middle of my training plan.

    Thank you in advance!
