well my asics were regular $99 but at i get member price so it would be $88 and then they were having a "red tag sale" so i got an additional 30% off so i ended up paying about $67 for them, there a pretty good price most of the ones i saw were around that $95-$120 here, canadian dollars that is. not to sure about how much they would cost where you are but they are deffinetly cheaper than yonex shoes here.

No Ashaway?!?!?!
I didn't take a full look thru all the threads but why doesn't anyone wear Ashaway shoes. Ashaway makes shoes for badminton, tennis and squash and are one of the leading shoe manufacturers in the world. They supplied shoes for the World Tennis Championship in Sydney in 2005. I bought a pair of Badminton/Squash hybrids and they were better than the pair of Yonex shoes that I bought. I paid 110CAD for the Ashaway and they are much much better than the Yonex ones that I got for 150 which I were quite disappointed with. Anyways, I just thot that I should vouch for for Ashaway! Great shoes, don't be afraid to give them a try.

for a while, i was wearing old-school shoes similar to the chinese baiky shoes. recently tho, i've found a pair of wilson dominator 2 badminton shoes for near $40 US dollars. they look like a very good deal and the quality is not that far off from what i see on yonex shoes. the sole is gum and arched. the fit and design is also nice. i know they are also baddy shoes because there's a picture of a birdie on the shoe

Very comfortable, very cool and rather relatively light. I like it. But it's for volleyball apparently.
