Hello everyone , I get so mixed up with people who trying to teach me the game . The first person says raise your arm straight into the air upwards and use the wrist and use the raquect to hit the shuttle . the other person would say that the arm is to be like a hammer shape and towards the net by using the same method of the wirst as the above.Then again the vcd says something else . I am confused . I need guidance
LOL, i know what u mean. Maybe try of each of those suggested method for a nite or a practice session. You should able to feel and pick the right technique that fits u in term of comfort (less strain) and ease of power transfer (efficiency or minimum power loss).
