hey any idea wats gym 4? well if u dun ve e time, try hitting a used shuttle against a wall or even better get a racquet with a head cover on n use it for practising the strokes. if u r strong then use tat racquet to play a short game.

I Know How To Train The Top Players

LET ME TELL YOU HOW TO TRAIN A TOP PLAYER IN INDIA...

HE HAS TO RUN ..HE HAS TO DO THE WTS TRAINING...THEN HE HAS TO HAVE THE STAMINA TO STAND THE PRESSRES FRO HIS NATIONAL COACH EACH TIME BEFORE HIS TOURNAMENT..HE HAS TO FIGHT EVERY NOW AND THEN FOR HIS RIGHT WITH THE NATIONAL COACH...IN SHORT HEHAS TO SUSTAIN ALL TYPES PRESSURES FROM THE NATIONAL COACH..THEN PLAY...

IF HE WON IN THE DOMESTIC AND INTL TOURNAMENTS..IT MEANS HE IS TOO FIT NOT ONLY PHYSICALLY BUT ALSO MENTALLY..

THESE KIND OF PLAYERS YOU GET ONLY IN INDIA...

PLS ASK THEIR ASSOCIATION TO GIVE YOU MORE TIPS FOR THEY ALSO KNOW HOW TO FINISH A PLAYER CAREER IN ONE SHOT...

come to india and see how they coach?

badminton has become a political game to gain..

do u think they really want to coach and produce players for india?

they are so sad chetan , jawal and shruti are ranked 28th respectively in the world...

gopi is the first person to do it..

if more players perform better than his records...his name willbe no where..so he digs harder to these players by blackmailing all association's currupted ( or innocent?)members...to support his deals..

pls read more on this column , u will come to know the indian brand badminton..while watch...they can influence international badminton association ,too...

but we will fight for these players right...

i am sure world will support us..

lol , well anyways i think hes jstu saying that the top players keeep their status by blackmailing other ppl so that no one else can rise above them lol

at anyrate i think running and skipping are huge, tho ud have to be pretty commited to running, i mean not everyone has the patience to do it ^^ ( namely me )

but today in my country badminton has become a hot politics which makes all players hard to practics and train..so we need your support for t his issue..
