    Hey JR,

I'm quite curious how intense you were training in your teenage years, specifically before and after you were on the junior national team... I believe you've joined the doubles team when you were 13 and I was wondering, if you had to make time, what did you sacrifice for it? Studies? Time with family? etc..

Also, how many hours do you train now and how did it differ from your teens? As a teen were you training more stroke wise whereas now it's more of a balance between strokes and cardio since you're twice as old?

Just curious as to how much effort and time I need to put into badminton if I wanna become half decent since it is afterall, a hobby however, I don't plan to pursue it as a career.

    Thank you.
