Anyone got some news about this racket? The name was mentioned on a Chinese forum. Michel AllRackets.com
Thanks. I saw that one too. But I wish that I could get a close up pic. But thanks really. I appreciate your effort to find that picture.
I have the 4u version and it plays ok. Nothing groundbreaking but nothing wrong with it either. It is a little shorter than most rackets nowadays to make it move faster. Very good for defence and the power is ok as well. Best thing about it is probably the quality of the paint job... It's something that will get the job done but you will probably outgrow it after a few months of play...
Thanks, whats the head balance as i cant find any info on it. Could u compare it to another Yonex that u know of? As im looking for something flexible and balanced.
I have experience with the Voltric 80, Arcsaber 5, Arcsaber 9FL. The Nanoray9000LD is lighter than all of them being a 4U racket. It is also the most flexible of them, giving it a bit of power despite it being shorter. I can't remember the balance point but it's supposed to be headlight. It is not a bad racket to platy around with. I can post pics if you are interested. It's a very handsome racket.
From the sounds of it, it's meant for aspiring youths who look up to LD but can't use a hammer (ZF2).
Yea probably for newcomers looking for a cheaper racket endorsed by a top player or like me... who got it just to get a gist of what the nanorays are about. Personally I feel that it plays almost exactly the same as my much older Isometric Lite. I even joked to friends that it is probably the same racket just repainted in Lin Dan colours. But it is still a fun racket to play around and will serve you well if you are a casual or weekend player. You will grow out of it in a few months though.
