actualli i was looking @ VT7 however because of its old model alot of places not selling so i was thinking is VT70Etune a similar replacement for VT7?

i did compared to the chart online and saw that they are quite similar as they are head heavy and under repulsive.

also lastly wanna ask is VT70Etune considered a high end racket? thanks!

Yes. A vt 70 etune is considered a high end racket. I have tried it .

Control 9.5/10. It is generally perfect.

Netting8/10.It was acceptable and did some that were impossible to catch.

Smash9/10.It was slightly not as powerful as the zforce 2. It was good and
powerful. Just as I had expected. It was really pkwerful. Enough to kill an oppnent.

Drives 9/10. Real,y good and effortless. Easliy brought to the end of the court.

Drops 8/10 They were slow , better than any other I have tried. Probaly because I had not tried many before.

Review. I strung it with bg 80 at 24lbs. One of my favourite up to date. Great racket for singles. Not really stiff suitable for almost anyone. Quite similar to the vt 7 but it should be a improved version. Feels really good. Wont get the sore arm.

TBH I have not tried the purple grommets. The review was based on the orange grommets. The orange grommets might be the main reason of its good control. I think there is a differnece.I heard that the purple grommets were made of differnet materials. Purple for power, Orange for control. If you do not like rackets that are too headheavy, you could always play without them. Hope this helped.

yupp i saw the racket online.

however was still tinking to get 4u or 3u but saw that 4u got lower string tension limit.

anyway their g4 is out of stock also :(

i went queensway shopping i also realise all the shops there no longer carry this racket too.

but idk if sunriseclick is gonna restock and also not sure if they will still have the promotion price.

    oh ya i just pmed u :)

    Hello.

    I strung on sunday 2 VT7 and 1 VT70 E-tune without parts. Both 4U.

    My impressions:

    stiffness: VT7 > VT70 E-tune
    headweight: VT7 > VT70 E-tune
    aerodynamics: VT70 E-tune > VT7

From personally liking the VT7 is a great racket and I would buy 2 VT7 instead of one VT70 E-tune.

All 3 strung at 26x28 without any issues.

    sorry i check with u 26x28 is 27lbs right?

actualli i got the mindset of lighter weight = lesser tension from online i did a google check and saw most of the people posted it.

    so u advice vt7?

actualli i got scammed and got myself a armortec700 fake racket.

i found that i cant smash with power.

so im tinking it could be my technique or maybe the racket is too heavy for me as a newbie.

so was actually recommended by forumer that vt7 is good however went to all the shops all dont carry it anymore so was tinking vt70etune instead.

    because i saw the chart

    image :

    yonexracketmatrixlarge-2.jpg

vt7 is quite similar to vt70 so was tinking getting vt70 instead. :)

need more feedback on it :) thanks!!

as of now im using a fake armortec 700 if switch to vt70etune will it be difficult to adapt due to the head heaviness?
