thanks for the links, i m downloading them now (the format is in RM), the speed is good (at 180kbs)... bit torrent is very useful and easy way to download big files (prog, movies, anything)... couple of things before you start downloading: 1. bit torrent is basically peer-to-peer in nature, as users connect to each other directly to send and receive portions of the file so the more users downloading (and uploading at the same time), the faster the speed.. hence its basic courtesy after downloading is completed, DO NOT close the file immediately, keep it opened for others to download from your file... 2. use client (d/loading application), the most popular is probably Shadow Exprimental but i personally use PTC (Personal Torrent Collector) and go for the older version (as its less complicated bt adhere to speed instead of those fancy settings).. d/l and install the application.. before running, please set the preferrence such as the file/location you want to d/l to, the upload speed (the higher you set, the more you upload for other users).. 3. IMPORTANT: those using firewall/NAT (router or network), please set your PORT.. bit torrent normally uses port range of 6881-6889, but it maybe good to set it frm 6881 - 6999.. the bit torrent trackers normally is at 6969 or 8000 so your client must have outbound access to this port too... Thanks for the links. RM is the most widely-used format for anything videos from Chinese sites. The BT speed I'm getting is not supersonic right now(prolly cuz I gotta ping my packets all the way to China!!) but it will get finished eventually. Errr, actually, the easiest method is just to register to those boards.... took me less than 30 secs!!! BT is just another relatively new P2P software that has become quite popular, espcially for video-distribution on Chinese sites. Here's the official website for BT:Official Bittorent Site. done.. i hv downloaded the semi btw chn-kor.. it is in RM format (at 449kbs), file size is 450Mb, commentary is in mandarin (probably recorded from ZTV)

no, you need bit torrent client (programme) to download the file/s.. for viewing wise, it depends on what format the video is in (usually .rm or .ram using Real Player, .avi / .mpg / .mpeg / .asf / .wmv using Windows Media Player/divx player/bsplayer)

when i tried to download chn vs korea on bit torrent, later on the download, it said problem with connecting with tracter?> what does that mean? HELP!!!
^^ Don't worry, just ignore that message or close it. You will see that even if that messages comes up, the download continues. Oh yeah, and good find on the TC finals videos, sunzhi!
are you using any client/application to download?? if you do, check on your client whether it is downloading, just ignore the message if it is.. if not, try again... i have downloaded a few and the video quality is nt bad.. i will keep the files opened (seeding them) for 2 days, happy downloading....
the latest RealOne Player or Real Player (bt you probably need to download certain component/s).. just play them with your Real Player, it's auto download for additional component/s (or check your setting)..
