I bought this NR GlenZ few weeks ago. I haven't had any collision with anyone/floor/any other racquet; Infact, I was just playing a mid court normal speed smash, and the head of the racquet was flying while I was holding the handle. The shaft got broken into two pieces, and so was my heart !! I am surprised why the quality of one of the top of the line Yonex NR racquet is so bad Guys, any thoughts or ideas about getting a refund? If yes, then what would be the procedure. Thanks!
You could get warranty & I remember YONEX asking me if I wanted a different racquet when I broke my 70ETN but you would just have to top up some money that's it.
