I made the experienced that hybrid jobs don't have any advantage for me. I tried 2 combinations in the past: BG80 x BG66 UM and BG65TI x BG80 Power. For the mains I chosen the thicker string which is logical. IMO nothing impressive happened and it had only disadvantages for me. If there is any noticeable advantage some pros would use it. FME I like every string solo more for some characteristics and I never gained anything. Some people will argue with increased durability, but I only care about performance and cut strings before they fray badly or break. No hybrid job for me anymore. But some of my customers like BG65 black and yellow (BVB) or blue and white (Schalke).:D
