Depends on these factors: String tension Shuttles (feather or plastics) Climate How often you mishit How often do you train/play Is it your main/only racket or do you switch between a bunch etc. An aggressive style don't mean automatically to be a power house. I guess from 2 weeks to 6 month is everything possible. Make your own experiences then you will know. Everything else is a shot into the dark and won't help you.
Also depends how often do you play... experience is after 2 months play once weekly and stopped..string seems dont have tampoline effect 6 months later when happened racket broke
If you mis hit alot, i dont recommend getting BG 80s. It only takes one hard mis hit to break them. If you want tohave strings that last a long time, just stick with BG65 Advanced Level players can break strings anywhere from 1 game to a few months. Theres too many factors that attribute to the durability of strings.
Although i prefer bg80p to bg80, neither of them last more than 2~3 two hour sessions when strung at 30/28.
The other way around.. I'm no expert but here is why they string it like that.. http://www.badmintoncentral.com/forums/archive/index.php/t-403.html
So you mean 28 main and 30 cross. The normal convention is to state the main tension first, as the mains are normally (always?) strung first.
