I will start the ball rolling. :)

Any news if BoeMo will be retiring from competitive badminton? Both are in their early/mid thirties.

Not sure if the age factor is working against them, given the fast pace and intensity of the current MD game.

Wouldn't be surprised. Mads/Mads pair has been doing quite well past year and seem poised to take over the reigns.

Erratic performance from the world ranked no 4 Danish MD is certainly obvious during the recent gpg tournament. Plus if there is any tournament between the senior and junior MD Danish player, I I always the junior who wins. Mads / Mads have a clean winning record over Boe / Moe. This is what I have observed thus far.

Denmark is certainly the power house in badminton for the European countries. In Denmark it is indeed amazing to note that they do have different badminton clubs that can churn out good young players.

However, sorry to day that I find the Danish players do have some attitude problems. I sincerely hope that the Danish badminton players can sort this out immediately and change their attitude.

I was watching the China Open finals on youtube just now and Morten Frost said during the commentary that the Danish BA and the players are having some conflict. Any more info on what happened?

    From Steen's tweet :
All the Danish players. Viktor, Anders, Gemke, Jan, Vittinghus, Mia, Line, Julie, Boe, Mogensen, Astrup, Rasmussen, Kolding, Mathias, Christinna, Sara & Majken

How would Astrup/Rasmussen prepare for their tours finale if they were excluded in the practice?

Probably use private facilities and training amongst themselves. They also have clubs.

Seems like trying to find a common ground with the commercial rights of both parties. Like what happened with the cookie wars.

    One of the article http://sport.tv2.dk/badminton/2018-...er-i-danmark-og-flytter-traening-til-udlandet

and it's last paragraph was translated by google as follows.

"At the same time, I have a boyfriend in India, and therefore my future training will take place in India as well as in Dubai, where I stay for a large part of the year," says Mathias Boe.

    I was like 'what'?
As far as i know, his girl friend actress Tapsee pannu is in India.

So Boe will move to India, and maybe one can foresee he will be a famous coach there.

Bollywood actor Tapsee Pannu. She is also an owner of PBL franchisee Pune Acers from which Mathias Boe will be playing.

Damn it! What's wrong with DEN officials? The BWF president is also from Denmark and some of his rules are ended up in controversy. And now, this issue about Badminton Denmark. After rejecting the players' own sponsor, now the association is trying to force the players into joining the association. From Steen's tweet, it looks like professional DEN players are no more. Doesn't look good to all of DEN players.
