Hi can you identify fake or authentic?

    Hi HVO, can you take a clearer photo of the cone code? use a digital camera with macro or a mobile with magnifier. Cone code seems ok. cone code.jpg

    where did your friend get it from?

    $125 is awfully cheap for a JP ZF2.

    I don't know where he got it from but when I look at the serial I thought it looked legit so I bought it anyway.

    I've did some research and I think this racket is fake. I just want to double check before I return it to him.

    My racket grommets doesn't have the same as picture number 3 and the serial on my racket is not consistent.

    I would call it a high quality fake,

    1. No 5 font is incorrect.
    2. the letter J font is incorrect.
    3. Almost ALL of JP and SP coded VTFZ2 black I have seen end with 2JP or 2SP, meaning it was manufactured in Line 2 Japan (most of YY flasgship rackets)
    4. the engraved numbers did not have the indentation mark.

    The next thing to check would be the grommets, ZF2 grommets are much better quality than the fake one.

    I also have Yonex voltric z force 2 080816jp at $125 but I dont know it fake or real...???

    thats an automatic fake. it wouldnt be in the year 2001 or 2011 :p
