Don't you? Had a session in my lunch hour (which inevitably stretches to a couple) today. It's marvellous to come off after an hour thinking you are on the way to cracking another part of your game. But not just that, on the court next to me were Gail Emms and Nathan Robertson. What a joy to watch!!! So not only do I get to have a lunchtime workout, play the game I love, get coached by a fantastic coach, but I also get to play on the next court to top level players. What a great day!!
So . . . you had a good session then? Wait till the next day when your legs are KILLING YOU!!! But, yup - it's worth it.
