Korean discipline of badminton

    Heya u guys, im here cos i dnt no the korean discipline of badminton. These korean champions came to my school and taught us the 5 roots of the discipline but i have 4got them as it was bout a month ago. No1 is attitude, i think no2 is grip, 3 is posture and i have 4 gotten the last 2 which i think r about rules and the space between ur body and the shuttle, but i hav 4got. can sum1 confirm this 4 me plz?:confused: :eek:

    I'm sure it was Ex Korean Champion Lee Jae Bok and Ex Korean ladies singles champion Young Sook Lee who visited your school in Devon.
