wrist..problem

    `hello.. well im just here to ask.. what should i do if my wrist hurts?
    my coach said i have a mircro fracture what should i do?
    every time i rotated it it hurt.. so i just stopped i dont know when i should start playing again but its feeling much better any advice!?

    wild idea, but perhaps consult a doctor? especially if rest is not helping the healing
