I am curious about what other fellow BFers do in terms of fitness drills. I usually do "fan drills" which involve running to all corners over the court + the center, with back peddling etc. Also I do cross overs and lunges
there is no 'best' drill but I would say the best drills would be those that relate closest to the activity...which would probably mean running footwork drill on the court. aside from that running/joggin, skipping, Jumping on a box or on the spot. I think swiming would be good for alot of small muscles in the upper body used in badminton strokes.
