End of year tournaments
Dear Thomas,
this thread contains some dates for the end of year tournaments in our part of the world

Can you give a little insight into your training programme in preparation for these tournaments after the Olympics?
Are you doing more endurance training at the moment?
And how is Ravanelli these days?

Ravanelli is fine at the moment
Getting into shape at the moment so we can be ready 4 Malaysia, first tournement who counts 4 world championship next year. Practise it very hard at the moment, with it good after a long time with loads of tournements.
