how many times you jog a week? what is your running sessions per week?? and which time of running need to be trained? 100m, 200m,400. 800, 1500m. or 10k?
I don´t run!! I ride the bike instead because I´ve had some bad experiences with running in the past. Therefore, I do biking 3 times a week at the moment!! I do a lot of different intervals. A general rule of my program is that the closer I get to the tournament the shorter and faster my intervals get and in the beginning the inervals are longer and with less speed!! Kind Regards Jonas
