Rubber, to h*ll with the germs on towel grips.
P.S I wipe my rubber grips on the racquet handle with rubbing alcohol after the game to kill anything growing on there, before wiping once more with a wet cloth.

The wood would be my best choice but with sweat it damages the handle, so synthetic/leater for me

I always thought that, if I just grap the wood, I think one day, it's going to break (bend in half)
since wood is fragile after years of usage.
So, I always use Thin Synthetic grips, such as Yonex Super Grap

synthetic overgrip- I like the tacky feel to it.

synthetic leather grips! They last longer, and anyway, the wristband can take care of the sweat rolling down my arm.
towel is ok, but gets icky dirty really quick and i dont like to keep on changing the grips after every week.

synthetic all the way. towel's need to be replaced very often and its very sticky.

I have tried towel, but it just doesn't provide enough grip and it also makes the grip 'grows' from G5 to G2. Not nice in my opinion.
I have also tried using real leather grip (Prince) and it also feels good, just that you will leave some disgusting wet mark on it after the match. Otherwise it really feels great. I remember one of the older Yonex racket actually comes with real leather grip in stock form, don't know if it is the old carb21. Correct me if I am wrong.

I'd love to use towel but it simply don't last long enough for people like me who seldom/hate to go to the mall to keep buying more and more grips. I'd use Karakal's PU Super any time~
I used towels before, love it. Doesn't last, so never did again.

Used to use Synthetic Grips.. but too slippery. Now i use towel grips.. more hygenic and your hands feel fresh everytime you change them. Anyway i got it very cheap.

My hands don't sweat THAT much but not totally dry either, I always wear wristband for everything anyway, style, sports, it's all good... Synthetic grips are tacky and last and probably more hygenic

i've notice some ppl sweat more in the palms and this pretty much makes wristbands redundant to some. towel grips would come in handy in these cases. but tacky grips does all right as well.
doesnt quite matter in the end what type of grip you use. in the end they all stink
