    added something cool today.

at the bottom of the page, you will find a yahoo button. if you use the My Yahoo! page on yahoo.com, you can add a section for BF. it will show the latest threads.

two caveats. it only works for yahoo.com, other yahoo sites like yahoo.ca won't work yet. it only shows new threads, i will see if there is a way to do new posts as well.

    msn warning?

I don't know whether this services exists, but it would be cool if when a new thread was posted, an msn warning would pop up (if you have msn on, then you obvisouly are bored and WANT to be distracted)

another new feature i put in recently is the "Active Topics" menu. you can see it near the top left of each page. from there, you can search for new posts, posts from the last 1,2,3,4,5 days or threads that are unanswered.

i hope you guys will find it useful.

I only know that it exists for E-trading services, but I guess message boards do not require to implement such technology for up-to-the-second breaking news.

    time aplenty

hehe, calm down, there nothing better than this forum (you should know that). I am sure that the question has been asked, but does Janey mind you spending all this time moderating?

Kwun, I actually have that Yahoo RSS feed fed to my Email client which takes in RSS feeds. You don't have to use only Yahoo. When you guys post it just grabs the latest post, and on my system tray I can click on it if it seems interesting. No more need for a browser during the day, and I can just look at the summary every 2 hours or so.
