Wow thanks YunYun! We will be looking out for Chen Jin and Gong Weijie in the senior badminton scene...
From the pictures, they each has medals and from the color, I believe those are all gold medals. So, did China team sweep all events ?
I'll have to admit that my visit to this thread is just to check out the pix of the babes. Apart from that I have absolutely no interest in China's junior players. Can't blame the hot blooded young man in me, can you? p/s - Now I'm beginning to sound like the-one-who-is-not-to-be-named 'double H'. (ala Voldermort) MD won by Korean? I really wonder what exactly that they do in Korea that they often emerge as the ruling class of the MD fraternity, 'renting' out the title to China and Indonesia once in a while but holding the 'spot lease' at the summit of world badminton MD.
Lol... I don't blame you, as I am on the same boat. Now, I am pretty much sure who I will cheer for during the next several yrs. Btw, what's the age range for this group of juniors?
Who? I don't think these kids are a patch on their elders looks wise. Of course they are young, it usually takes Asian's a while longer to work out what works for them, wait till their about 20 and have another look You two are dirty young men ;P PS I'd love to have Ji as a coach, his skills are out of this world, pity they require such precision that if he has a bad day he looks silly, as opposed to being a big thumper like Chen Hong. With the form he had at the Sydney Olympics though, his finesse made everyone else looks like they were playing a different, rougher version of the game. Ji vs Taufik at the peak of their powers would have been potentially the most beautiful game to watch in the last 10 years.
None of them can be 19, they need to be born in 1986 or later in order to compete in the Asian Junior Champs...
