According to the draw, Indonesia is represented by #9 Limpele Flandi / Eng Hian, #10 Luluk Hadianto / Alven Yulianto and #14 Trikus Haryanto / Sigit Budianto.

Damn ! The Indonesians are really are unlucky ! Sigit and Trikus will face Kim Dong Moon and Ha Tae Kwon in the second round. Flandi and Eng will either face strong oppositions by ex-compatriots Anthony Clark and Nathan Robertson or Prapakamol Sudket and Ngernsrisuk Patapol. My favourite pair Alven and Luluk should face former runner-ups Lee Dong Soo and Yoo Yong Sung.

The first seeds Jonas and Lars will surely have a hard time compared to arch-rivals Cai Yun and Fu Hai Feng. They will surely face strong opposition untill the finals

that means they have no opponent for that round and automatically advance into the next round.

    Sigit/ Trikus to win !!!

I think my favourite Luluk and Alven will not be able to overcome Lee Dong Soo and Yoo Yong Sung in the second-round.

I think Anthony Clark and Nathan Robertson should be able to overpower former compatriots Flandy and Eng and blastery Prapakamol Sudket and Ngernsrisuk Patapol in the second and first-round. They will have a tough fight against top seed Lar Paaske and Jonas Rasmussen but they should emerge victorous.

Sigit and Trikus will defend themselves against Kim Dong Moon and Ha Tae Kwon and Sang Yang Zheng Bo. Their defensive play should be able to counter their opponents' strong attack. They will revenge team-mates Flandy and Eng in their semi-final match against Clark and Robertso. Hopefully, they can meet second-seeds Cai Yun and Fu Hai Feng and retain the Men Doubles Gold Medal for the third time.

    Final Prediction :

Gold Medal : Sigit / Trikus
Silver Medal : Cai / Fu
    Bronze : Lee / Yoo

Except for Cai/Fu and Eriksen/Lungaard, the other Last 16 matches will be interesting and there are bound to be some upsets. Don't look at the head-to-heads. Head-to-heads mean nothing to these pairs. As for the Last 32 matches, Robertson/Clark has the trickiest tie against a Thai pair.

i think now the time for flandy/eng for win, they have everthing the problem only in eng hian that sometimes he play unstable and the opposite can stop flandy/eng is cai/fu but i think they won't reach final because they still young
    theproblem is about mentality

I too would like Sigit and Trikus to win but it is highly unlikely as both play too defensive compared to their opponents, unless Kim and Ha make lots of mistake, I don't see Sigit and Trikus beating them.
