Just wondering what is the leg position suppose to be like b4 smash and after smash. Not jump smash. Just normal one.

I'm still looking for a decent "after" picture, but the right leg will have come forward to be ahead of the left leg and the upper body will have rotated.

i'm lefty so do what i say with the other legs.

preparation: position yourself under the bird to take it as high as possible with the left leaf behind.

when you smash you use all your body so begin by pushing on your left foot to start you rotation and finish with this foot in front. your right foot should stay in the same positions.

dpn't forget to continue your move naturally, Your racquet should finish the mash near you right legs.

    good luck
