2004 Lilac City Open/Region 4 Classic at Spokane, WA

The 2004 3rd annual Lilac City Open and Region 4 Classic will be held on
October 7-8-9, 2004, at Spokane Washington.

Both tournaments will be run at the same venue concurrently. Lilac City Open
is open to everyone and Region 4 Classic is open to USAB memebers and will
include total prize money of $6,000 minimum.

does that mean the Classic is only open to U.S. residents/citizens?

Hey Clinton,
does that mean the Classic is only open to U.S. residents/citizens?

US citizenship/residency is not required. but USAB membership is required
(either a year long tournament only membership for $25 or a full blown USAB membership for $30).
