Hi every one i have been playing badminton for one year and am in love with the game. I got started when i met my girl friend and she had no-one to play against so being a kind heartedtype of guy said i would go along to the courts and have a knock around and that was it i was hooked. i now play for our local team making my first team debut after only three months of playing and am now capt. of the b team. in fact i think i have got the bug more than her and she has been playing for 14 years i always go to our local courts with who ever i can get to go and have started to get coaching from peter higman and feel my game has got much better over the last couple of months as well as my personal fitness. i am always looking for tips and stuff on the net and read as many books as possible. does any one have a good fitness training proram that would help me out i am an ex smoker and still feel that my cardio fitness needs improving.
Cycling? Swimming? weights? Sprinting? Shadow Play, Jumping, Skipping. Just don't lose your gf over the game whatever you do
