waist band ?? i do wear it but it is useless for me as i don't sweat.
it is for ppl whose palm can sweat like mad.
my friend. samuel 's palm sweat like a running tap uses a wrist band
and i uses head band to hold back my hair.

i know chen hong wore one in the all england semi final cos i saw him take it off when he beat roslin.i do not know how good it is but my dad says it helps wen you are tired. it promotes good posture
