Li-Ning Grip Reviews?u
I'm thinking of purchasing these two grips:
1. http://shopbadmintononline.com/product_info.php/towel-grip-white-p-71
2. http://shopbadmintononline.com/produ...ip-white-p-152
...and looking for reviews/thoughts on Li-Ning grips.
Q: what does the term "over grip" refer to?
Thanks in advance!

There's already a thread about Li Ning Grip http://www.badmintoncentral.com/forums/showthread.php/77857-Li-Ning-Grip
Over grip is thin grip. You can use it on top of original grip. The other one (replacement grip), is the thick grip. You use it to replace the original grip.

Is towel grip generally used as replacement or over grip?

It depends. Taufik uses it as replacement, Peter Gade uses it as over grip.

I just purchased Yonex Super Grap and I'm not sure if I should remove the original grip and add athletic tape or wrapping the Super Grap over the original grip

Also, which side is adhesive? The side w/ the plastic protector or the other side o.0?

It an overgrip and therefor suppose to go over the original grip/or a replacement grip.
The adhersive side is the one with the plastic on, but there is a small patch in one of the ends that your are suppose to peel off to make the end stick to the handle; which pretty much solves the "what side is the adhersive side" question.

Hm, I actually used the plastic-protected side as the outer part of the grip and the other side to wrap around the racket - as the tailored piece faced this way.
