We got superb seats at the front last year, but this year I fancy some right in the middle like a camera view, so I'm trying to book REALLY early. I went on the website I got them from last year, and they aren't available there, but you can get them by phone apparently. Are they available or not...and what is the demand for them at this point in time? I don't want to miss out on the seats! THE SEATS! Aleik.
heyy aleik, this year i'll try to go at th AE 05 , can you tell me how did it cost you per day??? and which hotel have you chosen or maybe you are living in birmingham lol?? Best Regards ^^...Syaoran...^^
Hey pal. Last year the final day cost £20 per ticket, and about £2 drop for each previous stage of the tourney. I live about 2 hours away from Bham, so it's easy to drive. A Paris return flight will cost...around £70, but don't hold me to that. I'd suggest staying for the duration if you come. Aleik.
thank you for the answer! i search for train or return flight to bham (there's an airport near Bham?) , but i found nothing, i only found for london ='( is it far from bham?? i found paris-london for 20€ (not really expansive =p) .. so now negotiation with my mum LooL, it's on a good way for the moment lol humm....20£ i think it's about 25 30€ so it's okay i only go for the week-end sorry to obstruct you with all my question =)
Birmingham has an international airport, with about 2 runways About 30 minutes away from CDG Paris airport Birmingham International is outside of the city centre, it is about 20-30 minutes away from the NIA, where the All England is held. Hotels close to the area cost about £40-£70 for an ordinary room, per night. If you book early, you can book at the same hotels that the stars stay at (Just opposite the NIA). There are plrenty of fine restaurants nearby, you can often catch the players dining there. The nightlife is pretty enjoyable too, though no stars have been found having fun, not even Taufik London to Birmingham is 120 miles away, which will take a train 1.5-2 hours
THANK YOU VERY MUCH FOR ALL YOUR INFORMATIONS !!!! LOOL now i am more entrusting =p when you say book early ... you mean about 2 or 3 months before?? once again thanks lool you help me so much =p
Hi =p Can anybody give me a not really expansive hotel in birmingham (around 40-60€?? and does anybody know how it will cost me if i take a train London-birmingham?? thanks =))
I dont think you can get a low cost flight from Paris to birmingham so easily and London to Birmingham trains are expensive. Have you thought about flying from CDG to Nottingham East Midlands? You can get a flight for about 20 Euro each way from www.bmibaby.com, depending on the day. The train would then be about 1 hour from nottingham to birmingham and cost around £9 (about 13 Euro).
thanks for the info =) but i tried this website and this is 35€ without any taxes and fees, with taxes it's 111.5€ =// i found paris-london, london-paris for 85€ .. do you know how cost london-birmingham in train? it's really expansive??
You can check www.railtrack.co.uk for fares and timetables. I am guessing around £30 GBP return London (Euston)-Birmingham (New Street), but it does depend on the time you are travelling. If you book in advance, you can obtain cheaper tickets. You can also catch the coach (like a big bus), from London Heathrow to Birmingham for about £15 return. It will take longer..but it is fairly cheap. You can check www.gobycoach.co.uk

Hi guys. I am also interested in going to AE this year. My plan is to fly to London Luton on Friday morning and return on Sunday evening. Any tips about where to stay in Birmingham? Do you think it is necessary to book tickets in advance? What seats are good? If it fits for you, I will be happy to join any badminton or non/badminton related activities during these days. Regards dzgdz
