This is just for fun. :p

Was having a discussion with some friends as to what they would do if they were given the chance to get to AT800s. Actually one of my friends was offered by her fiance, so just to continue the discussion here. Would you get one of each (OF&DE) or two of the same (either 2 OF or 2 DE)? And why?

two different ones....if i really couldn't play with one, i'd trade it in for the other:)
otherwise, i'd never know which one i would prefer, also, i might play with both of them, depending on the games i'm involved in (if there is really that much difference between them)

    1. For collecting purpose: 1 each

    2. For actual usage: 2 DE

    3. If can get cash instead: invest all on Cab30ms and strings. :D

I got 2 DE's, for the price of 1, hehehe. Why do that when I have a CAB30MS? Felt like they were better balanced than the OF and the CAB30MS. I feel bad, my CAB30MS is demoted to training now....

i dont usually break my rackets or string much so I guess I'd get 1 of each, for collection and for versatility purposes.

Its just that i DO so wish they made the 800s with LONG shafts like the AT700 instead of a short one like the MP99

2 OF, find it gives a better feedback after a drop, clear, smash.

I bought one of each and I will say I havn't had much success with the OF. That being said neither of them get much use. I switched back to my MP90 after about 2 months.

I bought both OF and DE but I sold the OF since the DE version is just better for me in every way. Even though OF means offensive, I don't find it any more powerful than the DE.

If doubles best for one OF and DE.
Singles should defend yourslef then weaken the opponent.(Meaning DE)
Games/Training??? Maybe OF to train up Smack.DE for leaning the other skills like the strokes.
