I just want to ask to the cab fans, experts and users
I'm very curious about the Gosen strings
This is my style of playing

Control by clears, drop, net drop although ocassionally smash to set up shots like a fast push.

Prefers a responsive and solid nice feel when i strike the shuttle

Control is essential to my game

    I use a Cab 20 2U

I need everyones recommendation of the model of the strings and the tension
Prefers everyones opinion on what type of gosen strings or yonex strings that suits my game.

    Thanks guys
Hope you guys can help me out here

    Need a  emoticon please!

Hint: try reading the string reviews under equipment.

That's a start, but there isn't a review for Yonex CBG-100. The string Yonex claim is the best for control.

That's because the string is not widely available and the price is very high. So, I expect there are just a very few of us have tried it, and even if we did, it is not going to be a frequent use, and thus, the chance of reviews would be very little.

From the requirements I have read above, it's most likely the control is essential.
So, I am just going to say, maybe try strings like BG85, which gives you feels and control needed.

True. But Neo didn't give us any info regarding how much he was willing to spend, and it's available to buy on the internet.

I did try CBG-100 once, but prefer BG-66
My personal recommendation would be BG-66. The thinner string gives you a stiffer stringbed, and more control.

I've only used 1 Gosen string, Biogut Bio Roots 70, which I like, but I don't know how it comparres to other Gosen strings.

A string that meets all the criteria listed : bg 66 preferably at 21 lbs.

I've experimented with so many types of string and with different tensions.

BG 66 wont let u down.

My vote goes for BG85, and personally I like the feeling of it (22-23lb on cab30ms).

Ditto here for me on the BG 85. I"ve tried CBG100, and it sure performs as well as the hype. The thing is though, it was broken after 2 weeks on my Cab 20 JP 2U @ 21 Ib. Got money to spend on stringing and string? Go for it.... CBG 100. Otherwise.... BG 85 will work fine.

You should also do a search about some members tending back towards BG65 even for its outright durability and low cost.

Personally, I'd definitely take BG-66 at 22x24 lbs, at least on the Cab20, anyway :D

i haven't tried the cabs, but if ur looking for control, i tend to look for not-so repulsive string. but i know lots of ppl who just uses someone elses racket taht they never used b4 and produce some fantastic control from it. so just practice more, taht will be ALOT of help.
