Or just about... in fact each eMule user has the ratios between him and every other user he knows stored on his disk. These ratios are used to determine priorities in his upload queue.

This means that unless the user changes PC for example, he will always keep in memory your ratio with him and you will have higher priority in his list as long as your ratio stays good enough.

Conclusion : the more you upload to the badminton community, the fastest you will download from it too!
