hello guys, i was surfing thru web and found this page http://c.1asphost.com/kcpricha/badforum/forum_posts.asp?TID=322&PN=1 to my surprise, this forum had all the members same as our group. At first, I thought that it might be some translated page of our forum but it looked a lot different. what forum is that?
holy crap, that's stealing, fraud and copyright infringement. I'm no lawyer but in amercian style, we should sue the pants of this guys.
Hmm, i didnt look far up enough, they did provide the link to the Badmintonforum thread. Look like the whole site is composed from content taken from other sites. I see lots of contents taken from ashaway usa which they did provided the links.

That bloke over there doesn't realise what he / she is doing. I guess it's all up to Kwun if he wants to take action or not. Maybe you guys also, since your ideas have been used without consent.
it's only one thread. i say it is ok. if they go any further, i will have to have a word with him... need to brush up my Thai first though... crub.
It does seem like they just straight downloaded the thread. But it seems to be a one time affair, as seen by the number of post made by kwun on that page (5970). The do put a link to the thread too. It looks very suspicious nevertheless. We should all keep an eye on this site in the near future.
