    I'm new here, and would like to take the time to introduce myself.
    I am an ice hockey goaltender and so is my son. In our search for improving our speed and agility we discovered badminton.
    And in a quest to learn more about the sport I arrived here.
    Looks like a great place, kudos to the host(s).

    There are a few threads concerning hockey here. Use the search function for your queries, and you can't go far wrong. There're also threads about plucking geese, auto transmissions vs manual, tire threads, guns, archery ... you name it.
