If you only have 3 days a week for badminton, what arrangement would you make for among training, playing, and fitness (weight lifting...etc) ? Most members in my club do one day training, 2 days playing, but I like to hear your opinion if there is better arrangement.

Depend on how long each session and how intensive it is. For my usual 4 hrs sessions, I would say 1 day of training (strokes, footwork, stamina, etc) is way enough for me to handle.

And that means you would play for the rest of the 2 days ?

If not too tired, yes. If tired, prefer string rackets at home, while watching some baddy VCDs. ;)

Practice on first day, play games on the second, and weight training on the third. I prefer quality of play over quantity of games... although sometimes it's out of my hands:D.
