I just wanted to get peoples thoughts on energy/re-hydration drinks during and after playing badminton. Has anyone got any secret homemade recipies? What are your favorite market drinks? What are the pros and cons of using these during badminton instead of other fluids like water? I would be very interested to hear anyones thoughts on this subject. Cheers

Gatorrade/ Powerade These are the drinks that i tend to use most. They just have alot of sugar and caffiene.
arg gay sry about this my computer messed up and ended up posting this one im not sure how to get rid of this one sry bout this.
i use gatorade but not as much as water i mean water is the best way to go and its free. i mean sugar is and caffine is not good it will only give you a short energy burst but that will loose effect after a few minutes and you will be depleted of your energy.
