(This is a repost from an earlier thread...)

There is a software program that goes by the name ThinkFast. It develops reaction time, decision making, & other visual & thinking skills. There is an online version at www.brain.com or you can buy a copy for yourself. Some video games may develop some speed but this suite of tests is more comprehensive.

Similar to this type of training is sports vision training offered by behavioral optometrists. Look for optometrists that specialize in this type of training.

Last suggestion...harrass a cat. I used to develop my reflexes by playing with a cat. Bat the back of their paws with your hands and then try to avoid getting scratched by their claws.

if you do that you lose some of the incentive to react quickly; the threat of injury is part of the motivation.

too much repetitive motion with a joystick?

try ThinkFast... more variety of skills trained & much less strain on the wrist. however, the may be some strain on the eyes if used excessively.

    OT on cats

    from BBC

**Scientists have found a vaccine to prevent the spread of the feline form of HIV in cats and believe it shows a human vaccine is possible**

hopefully cats could help us more ways than one.
