Well I dunno about awesome - it's more everyone was too in shock seeing a big ugly white dude playing badminton.

I was going to see about joining Cappy and you guys during your late night slugfests at the VRC. If you're still a go for 10 pm tomorrow night I'll be there. Off to "reload the weapon" today if i can and I need to track down some additional shuttles too as I'm down to three or four.

If you like, we can make it earlier than 10pm... but the Mixer will be on though. This is the one where you sign up on the blackboard with three other players for games. So if we can get a group together, that'll be great. Otherwise, we have to chance with whoever is on the board already.

10 pm works great for me - I can get the kids into bed, my wife will be into whatever reality programs are on and I can go bird kill to my hearts content. (I'm assuming drop in is still $10).

Hey Calvin, for a guy that hasn't been playing very long, you did pretty good. The guys we took to three games in the first round went onto the finals.

Cappy, which day are you guys palying, Friday 10pm to new year or New year to Jan.2nd. Might consider coming out to get some sweat. I have not even taken out my racquet since the Charles Best tourney, also been stricken with a cold over Christmas
