seriously, my friends (and i'm sure a lot of other ppl) could make their own "supersize me" documentary..... maybe u can sue macdonalds for having this game without the warning "play at your own risk of becoming obese"??

Great! What better way to speak of personal responsibility in the modern day than frivolous litigation:rolleyes:. Only in America where people can sue corporations for personal injury/damage for doing what they like despite public advisory and acknowledgement on the risks of partaking in said activities. I guess stupidity does pay off sometimes:p.

Is there not a "no purchase neccessary" mitigation line on it? Companies legally arent allowed to offer prizes or gifts for buying their product (Because the governments' think that it makes people buy the product- which of course is the idea in the first place) So you can play without buying (although companies try to make it as hard as they possibly can to stop people doing this.)

Just thinking of the Health of BF members, dont want the forum getting smaller (or the members getting bigger!) :D :D
