If my sources are correct, apparently KDM and Ra KyuMin were supposed to get marrried after they won the Olympic gold in XD....since that didn't happen, they have shelved the plan for the time being....

As far as I know she didn't have a bf in the last four years.

Kim DM had a gf, but two years ago they parted from each other.

bf stands for boyfriend.

Did KDM win his singles against any national players? I think he would be great at singles, He will be fit from playing two events most of the time, has good consistency, patient play, with very accurate strokes, with plenty of variety.

Actually after the Olympics he played several singles matches in the Korean league and in the recent Korean Games due to his injured team collegues, i.e. Park Taesang. So his team Samsung Electric deployed two doubles specialists Kim DM and Im Bangeun as singles player. And both won a couple of matches. Kim DM only lost to one national singles specialist called Kwon Woojin who won against Sohn Seungmo, the silver medalist 2004 Olympics, during the Autumn Korean league games. Kim DM's team won the Autumn championship against the teams of Lee Hyunil and Sohn Seungmo.

I remember having read that Kim DM applied a false tactic and could not use the whole badminton court as singles player used to do due to his doubles playing. Contrary to Ha Taekwon, Lee Dongsoo or Yoo Yongsung he can also compete in singles matches. The mentioned doubles players are in the same team as Kim DM, but were not chosen for singles matches.
