Any advice for mentality?
I feel so disgraced... I played a friend who is clearly not on my skill level... I was beating him 13 - 6...then 14 - 8...then i fooled around and he caught up to 14 - 14... after a few rallies he finally beat me, 17 - 16... so i told him we'll have 3 sets...after a bit we had our second set...this time i was very serious, and in a few minutes i already had him 14 - 4...i needed one more point, yet he caught up to 14-14, then beat me 17 - 14... i know my skill level is much better...but my mentality clearly is not... please help and give me any tips and advice!

There was a thread on this some time back, with plenty of good advice on how to get past the mental block on the last point.
Try searching for it.

My advice for 'mentality' is Chlorpromazine.
No matter how much better than your opponent you believe yourself to be, if they are beating you they are playing better badminton.
