    Has anyone heard of there rumours about the proposed three new IBF training centres.

    1. PAN American Confederation- USA
    2. African Confederation - ? (orignially Africa was supposed to get two)
    3. Oceania Confederation - Australia, Melbourne is bidding, with a rumour Sydney will bid.
