Wider Chongjin is with its 30 mio people the biggest Chinese city. Besides it doesn't belong to Sichuan any more.

Last year I had this "fiery and tongue numbing hot pot" in the original Sichuan way with other Chinese friends. We all had diarrhoea for three days.

The problem was the cook. We all trusted the cook who comes from Sichuan. But unfortunately he misjudged the recommended amount of hot peppercorns.
So he used about eight times more than recommended. You can imagine what then happend. We all didn't know that during eating. I personally am used to hot and spicy dishes. But that was definitely beyond the limit one can take.
Last but not least the dinner was eight times more delicious. That's what I can say.

Correct me if I'm wrong here... Chongqing is a Directly Administered City (DAC) but a player born in Chongqing plays for Sichuan because it is geographically still part of the province, no?
