Knee pain

    I got knee pain from playing baddy. I wonder if there is anything can help, like knee guard or whatever.

    Please advise

    there are many different kinds of knee injuries. you need to tell us exactly where the pain is and how does it hurt. without further detailed information, it is impossible for us to help you.

    Basically I only feel pain while bending my right leg for lift. Everytime I bend my leg for something, it hurts. Otherwise, I am fine.

    Bone? Joint? Muscle? Tendon? Surface? Internal? Patella? Front? Side? Left? Right? Internal? Sharp? Dull?

    "It hurts" is quite vague.

    you need to be much much more specific than that. think of it like going to a doctor, you don't go in and say, "i feel pain. cure me." and say nothing else, do you? :)

    from what he's told us, it could be a sprained ligament? or patellar tendonitis...or a number of other things...

    You need to see a physiotherapist, don't wait too long.
