Grip question (left-handed vs right-handed)
Is the original grip on a new racquet wrapped in the way (edge of grip pointing downward from left to right) for right-handed user? If the answer is positive, since I'm left-handed, should I re-wrap the grip in the other direction?

It doesn't matter which direction you wrap the grip. The result should be a flat surface in either case.

With ridges (Right Handed):
Hold racquet with left hand with head pointint left.
Wrap the grip starting on the bottom of the handel going downwards.

hmm.....does it affect performance if a right-handed use a racket with grip as in the pic (so that his fingers not naturally run down along the ridges, but likely cross the ridges)???

Ah, that's an interesting point! I'd forgotten about ridged grips. I suppose if you use a ridged grip, you will want the ridges to be in line with the fingers.
